Terms of Service

At Sawtlik, we believe in transparency. Here are the rules that govern our marketplace to protect both clients and artists.

These terms govern the use of the Sawtlik.ma platform. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. Refund Policy

Sawtlik.ma acts as a trusted intermediary. Due to the digital and personalized nature of the Service (audio files), no refunds are possible once the audio file has been delivered to the Client, except in cases of cancellation before the Artist begins recording.

By confirming their order, the Client expressly waives their right of withdrawal once the service (recording) has commenced.

2. Revision Policy

The fixed price of 100 DH includes one (1) free revision request, provided it concerns:

  • A pronunciation error by the Artist.
  • Failure to follow technical directives (background noise, echo, format).
  • Missing parts of the script.

Important: Changes to the original script by the Client after recording or changes in artistic direction (tone) not specified during ordering will require a new order.

3. Delivery Times

The Artist commits to delivering within 24 to 48 hours. Sawtlik.ma strives to enforce this deadline but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the Artist.

In case of a delay exceeding 72 hours without justification, the Client may request cancellation and a full refund of their order.

4. Usage Rights (License)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payment for the service grants the Client standard commercial usage rights (Social Media, Website, YouTube) for an unlimited duration. National TV or Radio broadcast rights are subject to separate pricing.

5. Platform Protection

It is strictly forbidden for Clients and Artists to attempt to bypass the Sawtlik.ma platform to contract directly.

Any exchange of personal contact details (phone, email, social media) via the internal messaging system will result in the immediate suspension of the concerned accounts without notice.
